- Once you’ve placed an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is automatically generated. Please check this confirmation email and contact us within 24 hours if there are errors or changes that need to be made.
- For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of $8.95 for repacking and postage.
- If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.
- We make every effort to keep all styles on our website in stock. Occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a style and if this happens after your order is placed, we will offer a refund or exchange.
- Unused, undamaged items in their original condition may be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange upon approval – requests for returns must be made to email@example.com within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of return approval.
- Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition with all original packaging intact. Purchaser is responsible for shipping cost of returns.

- You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has processed. If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
- Should you select a refund rather than an exchange or store credit, please note that refunds can take between 5- 10 business days to process from receipt of returned package. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your returned product.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
- Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been processed. You may cancel or make changes to your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- Should a product get damaged during shipment, please contact email@example.com and we will replace your damaged item. You have up to 7 days, from the date your order arrives, to notify BandaBeau about an issue with your purchase, along with a photo of the damage.
- If you are returning or exchanging a damaged or incorrect item, we will pay for the return shipping and replacement shipping costs.
- Most orders should ship within 2 business days. In the off-chance that there is an issue fulfilling an order we will notify you with an estimated duration of the delay.

DELIVERY COST AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- We process and ship Monday to Friday. Most orders process and ship within 2 business days.
- Orders are shipped via USPS.
- Shipping cost depends on which shipping method you select upon checkout. Orders shipping to the continental United States will arrive in 2 business days if you select Priority Mail and 1 business day if you select Priority Express Mail. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will arrive in 3 business days if you select Priority Mail and 2 business days if you select Priority Express Mail.
**For Priority Express shipping, orders must be placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 a.m. PST to be shipped the same day. Packages will be shipped Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PST on Friday or any time on Saturday and Sunday do not ship until the following Monday.
- You will receive an order confirmation once you order is placed, and an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can check the status of your shipment with USPS using your tracking number.
