Where is my BandaBeau made?
Every BandaBeau is designed and produced locally in sunny California, which means each one is packaged with a little drop of sunshine.
What kind of fabric is it made from?
We actually use swimwear fabric to make your BandaBeau. The combination of nylon and spandex makes them stretchable, water absorbent and durable use after use.
How do I care for my BandaBeau?
Wash and air-dry your BandaBeau as you would your favorite swimsuit. We recommend avoiding the use of detergents and soaps.
How do I know it will fit my beach chair?
We designed the BandaBeau to fit most lounge chairs of all shapes and sizes. For the best fit around your chair, simply adjust the bikini-style ties on the back of your BandaBeau.
What’s the size of a BandaBeau?
Every BandaBeau is 71" in length (fully extended) and 4" in height. However, your BandaBeau will arrive tucked inside its 6”w x 4 ½”h travel-size pouch, perfectly sized for your beach tote.
What’s the best way to pack it?
Unzip the hidden pocket and pull out the inner lining, which converts into a travel-ready pouch. Stash the BandaBeau inside, zip it up, and toss it in your beach tote.
Will it stretch?
Your BandaBeau is likely to stretch slightly with repeated use. Simply tighten the strings in the back for a secure fit around your chair.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
When can I expect to receive my BandaBeau?
Most orders should ship within 2 business days. In the off-chance that there is an issue fulfilling an order we will notify you with an estimated duration of the delay.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once you order is placed, and an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can check the status of your shipment with USPS using your tracking number.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada?
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but packages take just a little longer to arrive. If you select Priority Mail, your BandaBeau will arrive in 3 business days; if you select Priority Express, it will arrive in 2 business days.
We do not ship outside of the Unites States. (for now!)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the return policy?
Unused, undamaged items in their original condition may be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange upon approval – requests for returns must be made to email@example.com within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of return approval.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition with all original packaging intact. Purchaser is responsible for shipping cost of returns.
Sale items are subject to the same returns policy.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
